What is a virtual seminar? A virtual conference is an event that you can attend from the comfort (and convenience) of your home or office.
How will I access this virtual event? You will be able to access this event through your personal or business computer, tablet or mobile device.
When will I receive instructions for attending this virtual seminar? You will receive all of the necessary instructions a minimum of seven days in advance of the seminar. Make certain that the email address associated with your registration is accurate and up-to-date and that emails from firstname.lastname@example.org do not go to your spam folder to ensure there is no delay in receiving communications regarding the event!
How much does it cost to attend virtually? Member: Members, Utility and Supplier Affiliate Members, receive 2 complimentary tickets, but you must register; after that $99 per additional person. Member virtual conference benefits include special networking sessions on Day Two only with the 23 electric utility members registered
Non-Member: $149 for one-day

How do I apply my Member Benefit? Members must first login on the registration page to gain access to the special member pricing. Once you select your items and let us know who is attending, at checkout you will see Member Benefit. Pull down on the arrow and select 1 or 2 (depending on what is remaining for your company) and when you select apply your registration total should reduce. Can my computer or mobile device handle a virtual seminar? Yes. Provided your computer, mobile or tablet is relatively up-to-date and you have access to the streaming platform selected.
Please ensure you have the available security permissions to access "ENTER PLATFORM" and the Whova app, which will hold all the logins and provides for the networking opportunities.
What do you need to do on the day of the virtual event? Log into the Whova app on your device or desktop, go to the the agenda and click on the link to access the session! What time will the event begin? On September 29 the event will begin at 10 am and on September 30 the event will begin at 10 am. All times listed are Central Daylight Time.
Will I be able to see the presenters for each session? Sometimes! Most sessions will have the presenter visible, some breakouts do not allow for video sharing.
I have a product and/or service I want to be sure the utility members and industry suppliers know about. How can I make this happen? There are 20 virtual exhibits available to share information about your product and/or service. It is a benefit of being a Supplier Affiliate Member. Is there a seminar app? Yes, the Whova App is the selected app for this conference. You must download in order to access the live stream links, materials and to network with other attendees. Can I ask questions during the sessions? Absolutely! We encourage you to ask question using the Q&A tools available.
Can I share my log-in credentials with other members of my organization? No. Each paid registration includes only one device (computer, laptop, tablet or phone).
